We reserve the right to update or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately once published on our website.

By using this website, you confirm that you are:

3. Products & Use Disclaimer

SummerSponge is a sunscreen lotion applicator designed to assist with applying products to skin.

  • SummerSponge does not include sunscreen or lotion.

  • Product performance may vary depending on sunscreen consistency, tube size, and how the product is used.

  • Very thick products (including high-zinc sunscreens) may be difficult to dispense.

Important: SummerSponge is not a medical device. Any information on our website is general in nature and should not be relied on as medical advice.

4. Orders & Payment

All orders placed through our website are subject to availability and acceptance.

We may refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, including (but not limited to) cases where:

  • an item is out of stock,

  • pricing or listing errors occur,

  • we suspect fraudulent activity.

Prices are displayed in the relevant currency shown at checkout and may change without notice.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping origin

Orders are dispatched from Perth, Western Australia.

Delivery estimates

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to:

  • location,

  • carrier performance,

  • public holidays,

  • events outside of our control.

Once your order has been handed to the courier/postal provider, delivery is outside our control.

You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. We are not liable for delivery issues caused by:

  • incorrect address details,

  • failure to collect from a depot/post office,

  • rejected deliveries.

6. International Orders & Customs (Including New Zealand)

For orders delivered outside Australia:

  • you are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, processing fees, or charges issued by your country.

  • these fees are not included in our product price or shipping cost.

7. Returns, Refunds & Hygiene Policy

Due to the nature of this product and hygiene considerations, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

Please review all product details carefully before purchasing. If you have questions, contact us before placing an order.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

You may be entitled to a replacement or refund where a product has:

  • a major failure, or

  • is not of acceptable quality,

  • is unsafe.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within a reasonable time and provide:

  • photos of the issue.

Where required by law, we will repair, replace, or refund the item.
