Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped from our HQ in Perth, Western Australia.

Australia (AU) shipping times and pricing

Delivery timeframe:
Estimated 2–10 business days after order confirmation (depending on location).

Please note: Delivery timeframes may be impacted by third-party courier delays.

Shipping costs:

  • Free shipping on orders over $100 AUD

  • Orders under $100 AUD: $6.50 flat rate (Australia-wide)

New Zealand (NZ) shipping times and pricing

Estimated 5–10 business days after order confirmation.

Please note: Delivery timeframes may be impacted by courier/logistics delays outside our control.

Shipping costs:

  • Free shipping on orders over $100 NZD

  • Orders under $100 NZD: $15.50 NZD flat rate

Important — Customs & Duties:
Any customs charges, import duties, taxes, or clearance fees applied in New Zealand are the responsibility of the customer (recipient).

International Shipping (US / UK / EU)

International shipping availability and pricing may change depending on logistics.

At this stage:

  • US shipping is currently suspended due to shipping instability and tariff uncertainty

  • UK / EU shipping may be available with shipping costs paid by the customer at checkout (pricing varies depending on location)
